Did you know that there are 1.5 million Canadians using food banks to get by and the number continues to grow? Hello friends and family, we need your help! This year we will be hosting a food drive to help the many families and individuals in need of food and we would be so grateful if you could join us in gathering food for those in need.
With the effects of the pandemic still looming along with the growing inflation, the food bank has seen unprecedented growth in the number of new users with no signs of slowing and we want to give back. Let’s do our part!
WHEN: Beginning this Monday, November 21st to December 14th, we will have a drop-off bin located at our office (Royal LePage Signature) on Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm and Saturday, 9am-5pm.
WHERE: Our office is located at 154 Bathurst Street and for those who cannot make it out, we will be doing drive by pick ups December 13th & 14th. Just let us know if you are taking part and we will come by.
WHAT: We have listed some of the most needed items however all nonperishable items are welcome:
- canned fish
- canned fruit
- canned tomatoes
- canned vegetables
- nut butters
