Entertainment District
The name says it all…you will certainly be entertained by living in this area. A perfect blend of nightlife, restaurants, and sporting events can all be accessible to you. Not to mention that this is the home to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) where you can be dazzled by world-renowned filmmakers and actors, and attend screenings, forums, and more. The Distillery District
One of the most picturesque areas in all of Toronto’s real estate, The Distillery District has beautiful 19th-century industrial architecture, historic buildings, and dreamy cobblestone streets. This neighbourhood is home to a prominent heritage site spanning 13 acres where the Gooderham and Worts Distillery used to thrive. There are a variety of different condos to choose from all offering excellent amenities.
For those young professionals who have families that live in the east end or in the north/eastern suburbs of the city, this is a great area for you. Close to the DVP and public transit, you are just a short ride away from the suburbs or the rest of the city.
