If you’re hoping to get into this building, there is currently a studio listed at $559K.
The E-Condos
This midtown building in the Mount Pleasant area located at 8 Eglinton is one of the absolute best in the city! Completed in 2019, these gorgeous towers overlook Yonge and Eglington with drama and grace. This is one building that literally offers everything from a glass-paneled indoor pool with panoramic city views, an outdoor pool and rooftop deck, a gym, concierge, jacuzzi, guest suites, rec room and more.
The towers stand 58 and 38 storeys with a total of 623 units. Enjoy 9’ ceilings, beautiful flooring, quartz countertops, and state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms. There is indoor access to the Eglinton subway station, Yonge and Eglinton Centre, and a number of shops, dining, and entertainment options. Get into a one-bedroom unit for $600K or size up to a two-bedroom for just over $700K.
