When Sohail was 21, he sold his parents’ Scarborough home privately – and has been hooked on real estate ever since. That first sale was a great start to a successful career. These days, Sohail is in the top 1% of agents in Canada. He has received the Royal LePage Chairman’s Club Award†, Red Diamond Award^, Diamond Award*, Director’s Platinum Award**, Royal LePage President’s Gold Award*** and is the recipient of the Royal LePage Lifetime Award of Excellence^ for exceptional sales achievements between 2006-2026.

He knows the city (and ‘burbs) like few others. A self-professed workaholic, he’s smart, responsive, and maybe even a little bit obsessive. If you send him an email at 10 p.m., chances are, you’ll get a reply right away.

For years, Sohail lived the downtown life in his Ossington loft but has made the trek across the DVP to settle down in Riverdale with his wife and 2 children. He’s a devoted urbanite and unrepentant foodie with a knack for discovering great local food spots. When he’s not working (it does happen occasionally), he’s scoping out neighbourhood hot spots and great dining destinations or tackling his latest renovation project. He’s a passionate traveller too. The only continent he hasn’t covered is Antarctica (but it’s on his list.)
