Hello, I’m Clair!

I’ve always believed that home is more than four walls—it’s where your story unfolds. My own story started in Benoni, South Africa, and after moving more than 15 times across the GTA, I learned first-hand how much the right space impacts how we live, love, and dream. Today, I call Toronto’s East End home, where I run CB REAL—a female-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly real estate brand built on authenticity, creativity, and care.

Before real estate, I studied Interior Design at Toronto Metropolitan University and worked on residential projects, renovations, and project management. That background taught me to see not just what a property is, but what it can be. Whether it’s reimagining a fixer-upper, adding equity through smart upgrades, or designing a forever home, I bring that same design-driven eye to every client’s journey.

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the cottage on the waterfront with family and friends, skiing in the winter, or traveling with my partner. Those moments keep me grounded—and remind me why I’m so passionate about helping others create spaces where their own best memories can take shape.
