We cannot believe how quickly May has come! But we’re equally as excited as this means summer is here, and we cannot wait to see the weather brighten up! 

Whether you’re wanting things to do to pass the time before your summer holidays, or you’re on a budget, there are plenty of FREE things to do this May in Toronto. 

We’ve had a look around, and have selected our top 5 things to do this month that are completely FREE!

Evergreen Brick Works Saturday Markets:

Time: 9-1pm

Where: 550 Bayview Avenue

Every Saturday this month, Toronto’s largest farmers market will be here to provide you with the widest variety of local and seasonal food in the city!

 

 

Rib & Craft Beer Fest:

When: May 16th- 19th

Time: Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 11pm and Sunday 10am-9pm

Where: Yonge-Dundas Square

May is BBQ month, so we’ll be heading over to Yonge-Dundas Square to taste Canada’s best ribs and craft beers next weekend!

 

 

Really Really Free Market

Where: Campbell Park Clubhouse (225 Campbell Avenue)

On the first Saturday of every month is the Really Really Free Market!

Now’s the perfect opportunity to Marie Kondo your home, say goodbye to all your belongings that no longer “spark joy” and give it to someone else who might have better use for it! Or if you’re looking to fill your home or wardrobe with something different, then you never know what you might find here!

Everything is free. No money. No trading. No swapping.

 

 

 

Doors Open Toronto 2019

Where: Various venues across the city

The 20th annual Doors Open Toronto presented by Great Gulf provides an opportunity to see inside more than 150 of the most architecturally, historically, culturally and socially significant buildings across the city.
