NXNE Festival Village

When: June 14-16

Where: The festival still centres around Dundas Square, but now stretches along Yonge from Dundas to Queen.

What: NXNE takes over Toronto’s Yonge Street with more than two blocks of free entertainment, comedy, activations and more! It will also showcase over 30 amazing local makers and purveyors with their first ever NXN-Flea!

 

Open Tuning Festival

When: June 8th

Where: Seaton Village

The festival lineup usually boasts over 125 acts – musicians of every age, genre, experience and level, with youth bands and first time performers, sometime players and seasoned professionals. They will share their songs and sounds for the love of music at over 30 creative venues throughout Seaton Village neighbourhood.

 

Mac + Cheese Festival

When: June 7-9

Where: Roundhouse Park

What: North America’s largest food festival celebrating everything mac and cheese! Celebrity chefs, savvy cooks, and talented entrepreneurs come together for one weekend to raise funds for charity by creating new concoctions of mac and cheese for fans to try. We fed over 150,000 foodies last year! Join us in 2019 as we celebrate our 5 year anniversary!

World Naked Bike Ride

Where: Coronation Park

When: June 8

What: The World Naked Bike Ride Toronto 2019 is on! It’s time to put a stop to the indecent exposure of people and the planet to cars and the pollution they create.

 

Pride Parade 2019

Where: On the corner of Church Street and Bloor Street

When: June 23, 2pm

What: The Pride Parade takes place in Toronto on Sunday June 23, 2019. It’s the Weekend’s Premier Event! Stand loud and proud with more than 200 groups marching in Pride Toronto’s Pride Parade, one of the largest in North America. Bursting with performances, floats and thousands of marchers, join us as we celebrate and remember our community’s journey.

The procession starts at 2pm at the corner of Church and Bloor St. and makes its way down Yonge Street to the Dundas Square stage.
